If you signed up through iTunes:
Go into your App Store '' app → click on your Profile in the upper right hand corner → Subscriptions → Find your Fit Body app subscription and change your membership plan accordingly.
If you signed up through Google Play:
Launch the Google Play Store '' app. Tap Menu → My Apps → Subscriptions → Fit Body app → Click Cancel and Yes to confirm. At the end of your current billing cycle, you can sign back up for the new membership of choice using the same email as before.
If you signed up through our website, www.fitbodyapp.com:
Go to www.fitbodyapp.com → Sign into your account and you'll be at your Account Profile → Under Your Membership you will be able to make the changes to your membership accordingly.
